H.E.A.T is the result of a merger between a conglomerate of diverse waste remediation entities and a family company dedicated to performing wastewater purification services for the oil & gas industry.
Our work began in 2010 as Plasma Power LLC, founded by inventor and entrepreneur Jim Juranitch in collaboration with businessman and investor Rich Tarrant. This led to the launch of Advanced Petro Technologies LLC and CRU Engineering LLC to further facilitate the breadth of technologies and services being developed. Concurrently, the Yates Family of New Mexico, with over 100 years of oil and gas industry experience and a history of vision and financial commitment to businesses and industry, established Helios Water Technologies LLC, a water management service company. Subsequently, on October 1st, 2021, the two entities joined forces, with each bringing its distinctive strengths and expertise, united by a shared mission to tackle complex global challenges in commerce, natural resources, and the environment. The subsequent union has created a powerful synergy leading to the continued development of advanced resource-efficient technologies and associated services, applicable to various industries such as energy, desalination, landfill, toxic chemicals and waste remediation, waste-to-energy, mining and more.
